Shipping
BKL currently only delivers to addresses within Calgary city limits.
To place and/or receive a wine order, you must be 18 years of age or older and must present valid government issued identification upon receipt of your order. As per AGLC policies liquor may not be sold or supplied to a person who is, or appears to be, intoxicated. For details please visit the AGLC website at www.aglc.ca.
Delivery is free for orders over $200. A shipping fee of $15 applies to all orders less than $200 pre-tax.
If no one is home after two delivery attempts a charge of $15 will apply to each additional attempt. This fee will be automatically charged to the card used for the initial transaction.
In-Store Pickup
When ordering online choose the In-store pickup option. When confirmation of your order is received please proceed to our store at your convenience. Your order will be packaged and waiting for pickup.
Returns
BKL Wine Merchants has made significant investment to ensure our wine is properly stored. Should you not be fully satisfied with a purchase, please return the unfinished portion of the bottle and its original cork for evaluation. BKL’s Return Policy follows AGLC guidelines. Please refer to the most recent regulations on the AGLC site – Alberta Gaming, Liquor and Cannabis | AGLC.
All returns must be made within 90 days from purchase for the return to be processed. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
